It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cathy Ann Donahue, who left this world peacefully on Sunday, April 19th, 2026, at the age of 59. A cherished lifelong resident of Parkersburg, Cathy was born on May 8th, 1966, and embraced a life filled with love, dedication, and artistry.

Cathy was the beloved daughter of the late Cecil E. Donahue and Catherine M. Ballard Ray. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Charles McConnell and Mike Donahue, and her loyal canine companion, Roxy.

Cathy found happiness with her companion, Howard M. Myers. She is also survived by her devoted family, who brought immeasurable pride and joy to her life: her loving daughter Amanda Sigley (David) of Parkersburg, her sons Adam Myers and Aaron Myers of Parkersburg, her dear sisters Madonna Murphy and Sandy Reed, and her treasured grandchildren Olivia, Samuel, and Adam. Her legacy will also live on through her nieces Amber and April Murphy, and a host of many cousins.

Cathy's career as a supervisor at the local newspaper was marked by her attention to detail and steadfast commitment to her work. She was also known for her artistic skills, with a passion for drawing that brought beauty into the lives of those around her. Her love for yard work and gardening created vibrant spaces of tranquility and reflection.

A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date where family and friends will celebrate Cathy's life and the wonderful memories she leaves behind. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to Lambert-Tatman Funeral Homes.

Cathy Ann Donahue touched many lives with her kindness, creativity, and enduring positivity. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
