Carrie Anne Bates

Carrie Anne Bates 63, of Parkersburg, passed away June 20, 2018 at her residence. She was born January 5, 1955 in Parkersburg, WV, the daughter of Helen K. Byrnside Williams and the late Gene L. Williams. Carrie attended Parkersburg High School, and was employed by T.L.C. Home Health. She was very compassionate with her job as a caregiver, and was cherished by her family and her animals. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughters, Michelle Pryor, Amie Nesbitt and Sabrina Booth; sisters, Emily Grafton, Mary Beth Miller, Sally McCoy, Crystal Williams and Diana Williams; brothers, Gene Williams, Jr. and David Williams; four grandsons and two granddaughters and Aunt Patricia Carder. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 Saturday, June 23, 2018, at The Rock Church Family Worship Center, 1305 37th. Street, Parkersburg, WV. 26104.
