Carolyn Sue Corbett, 63 of Parkersburg passed away Dec. 10, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born August 11, 1953 in Marietta, Ohio a daughter of the late Kenneth and Marcina Phares Spindler. She was retired from the Wirt County Board of Education as a teacher and was a member of the Elizabeth Womens Club, WVEA, WCEA and the Rebekkah Lodge. Carolyn was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Marietta. She is survived by a son, Kevin Corbett of Chicago, IL; and a sister, Mary Huling of Parkersburg. There will be no services. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St. south Parkersburg is assisting the family.
