Carol Wilkes

Carol Wilkes 75, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away November 7, 2012 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W.Va.She was born July 26, 1937 in Zanesville, Ohio, a daughter of the late James and Virginia Denny.Carol retired from Peoples Bank of Marietta, Ohio as a Trust, Stocks and Bonds clerk. She loved sewing. She especially loved her children, grandchildren andgreat-grandchildren. She was a kind and loving person. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one brother, Jimmy Denny.Carol is survived by two sons, Mark Wilkes (Cheryl) of Parkersburg, W.Va., and Curtis Wilkes of Vienna; two grandchildren, Matthew (Karli) of Washington state, and Tiffany of Parkersburg, W.Va.; five great-grandchildren, Jade, Isabella, Gabriella, Wyatt and Bayli; several nieces and nephews; and her dear friend, Samm.There will be visitation Monday, November 12, 2012 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, W.Va.
