Carlissa Lou Little

Carlissa Lou Little, 44, of Parkersburg, passed away on Feb. 5, 2011 at her residence.She was born on August 1, 1966, in Wood County, W.Va., the daughter of Norman and Delores Little of Parkersburg and Sue Yates Little of Washington, W.Va.Carlissa was a 1984 graduate of Parkersburg High School and was previously employed at Nashua Photo, TRX and Suddenlink Communications.She loved country music, shopping and spending time with her family.She loved the family farm and family gatherings.She attended The Rock Church.She is survived by her parents; her brother, Charles “Chuck” Fox of Elizabeth, W.Va.; two step-sisters, Kathryn File and Susie Wilcox, both of Parkersburg; two step-brothers, Chuck Dowler of Marietta, Ohio and Gary Wilcox of Parkersburg; grand-parents, Rose Mary Cooper and Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Pickens, all of Parkersburg; several aunts, uncles and cousins.She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Little and Carl “Chippie” Yates; and one aunt, Rebecca Little Ayers.Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 11, at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., south Parkersburg with Rev. Norman Butler officiating.Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens.The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home.
