Carleta F. Naylor

Carleta Naylor, 76, of Parkersburg, passed away on Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Cedar Grove Personal Care Home. She was born February 27, 1942, in Des Moines, Iowa, a daughter of the late Fred M. and Gertrude F. Mitchell Marquardt. Carleta enjoyed playing tennis, quilting and traveling especially to Myrtle Beach. She was a member of the Grace Gospel Church. She is survived by her two daughters, Lorraine Harmon of Parkersburg and Tanja Nielsen of Mt. Pleasants, SC; one son, Darrell Harmon Jr. (Connie) of Vienna; one brother, James Marquardt of Lawrenceburg, KY; six grandchildren, Ashley Wallbrown, Michael, Jason Harmon and Makayla Harmon and Amelia and Irena Nielsen; and four great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carleta was preceded in death by her husband, Roy L. Naylor. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St, south Parkersburg with Pastor Troy Derenberger officiating. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
