Bruce Wayne Bennett

Bruce Wayne Bennett, 66, of Mt. Zion, WV passed away peacefully December 4, 2025 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Son of the late Hazel Louisa Jane and Delbert Chester Bennett, he was born February 5, 1958 in Parkersburg, WV. Bruce was a hardworking laborer who enjoyed spending his time fishing and gardening.

In addition to his parents, Bruce was preceded in death by his brothers, Charles Bennett and Ronald Bennett; and sisters, Emogene Hitchcock, Mary Steorts, and Sandra Bennett.

He is survived by his daughters, Shasta Bennett (Jess) and Theresa Bennett, both of Parkersburg, WV; sisters, Pamela Lynch of Mt. Zion, WV, Christina Alcaraz of Lower Salem, OH, and Alice Hrebinco of Fisherville, VA.

A private cremation will take place at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and a memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
