Brittany S. Evans

Brittany S. Evans, 25, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away May 20, 2017 in Pittsburgh. She was born December 14, 1991 in Parkersburg, the daughter of Jack and Amber (Brantner) Evans. Brittany graduated from PHS in 2010, and graduated from WVU in Morgantown in 2013 with a degree in business and a major in marketing. She was an Account Executive for P.L.S. Logistics. Brittany was an avid Pittsburgh Penguins hockey fan and attended numerous games. Some of her recent activities included aerial silks, pottery, and painting classes. She also enjoyed attending concerts, cultural events, and travel. She was an adventurous spirit and loved life and was always open to new adventures. In addition to her parents she is survived by her brother, Justin Evans of Honolulu, HI; grandfather, Robert Brantner; aunt, Shannon Brantner; her love, Kyle Cermak; and her beloved dog, Rory and precious kitten, Marlie. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Linda Brantner. The family would like to thank all the people who helped shape Brittany into the remarkable young lady she became. A Celebration of life service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 26, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Ave., Vienna with Rick Backus officiating. Please dress however you are comfortable, formal wear not required. A celebration of life reception will immediately follow the service at the Blennerhassett Hotel, 320 Market Street, Parkersburg, WV.
