Briar Blair Turner, of Parkersburg, WV, was still born on Monday, November 30, 2020, a son of Brandon Turner and Amanda Waugh both of Parkersburg, WV. Briar is survived by his parents, Brandon Turner and Amanda Waugh; brother, Cooper Waugh; maternal grandmother, Wendy (Jason) Bowman of Zanesville, Ohio; maternal grandfather, Richard (Jaden) Waugh of Gratiot, Ohio; paternal grandmother, Julie (Michael) Ball of Davisville, WV; paternal grandfather, Eric (Michelle) Turner of Parkersburg, WV; maternal great-grandmother,Linda Blevins of Yuma, AZ; paternal great-grandfather, Bernard (Linda) Blair of Davisville, WV; paternal great-grandfather,Bob Robinson of Parkersburg, WV; paternal great grandparents, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, James O’Neal; maternal great-great grandmother, Beatrice Fleming; uncle, Gage Turner;paternal great grandmother, Karen Robinson and paternal great grandparents Gregg and Linda Turner. A graveside service will be held at Sunset Memory Gardens at 11:00 am on Monday, December 7, 2020. Pastor Don Yeager will be officiating.
