Brendon M. Wigal, 18, of Williamstown, W.Va. passed away Friday, February 22, 2013 from a tragic accident.He was born April 28, 1994 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a son of James Wigal of Genao, W.Va. and Angela Welsh of Williamstown, W.Va.Brendon was a 2012 graduate of Williamstown High School and was employed at Dunkin Donuts and in training at Lowes of Vienna. Brendon loved art and archery and was a member of the State Archery Team, where they were state champions for three years.He is survived by his parents, James Wigal (Beverly Napier) of Genao, W.Va. and Angela Welsh (David) of Williamstown, W.Va.; his fiancée, Caylajo Congdon of Pleasants Co, W.Va.; one brother, Justin Wigal of Parkersburg, W.Va.; one sister, Morgan Welsh of Williamstown, W.Va.; one step-sister, Renee Cunningham of Waverly, W.Va.; grandparents, Wayne L. and Ada M. Wigal of Waverly, W.Va. and Ted and Karen Wigal of Vienna, W.Va.; great-grandmother, Betty Whitacre of Waverly, W.Va.; his step-mother, Christa Wigal also of Waverly, W.Va.; and several uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.Brendon was preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Sonny and Phyllis Bruce and Hessel Wigal, Conrad and Frankie Douglas and Bill and June Wigal; grandparents, Robert and Myra Welsh; his step-brother, Jacob “Jake” Cunningham; and his beloved dog, Bo.Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2013 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 3005 Grand Central Avenue, Vienna, W.Va. with Tom Butterfield and Pastor Bill Brown officiating. Interment will follow at the Riverview Cemetery in Williamstown, W.Va. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday and two hours prior to the services Tuesday at the funeral home.Memorial donations may be made to the Humane Society, 530 29th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101 in Brendon's name, for his love and devotion to his faithful companion Bo.
