Bobbie Lea Lowers

Bobbie Lea Lowers, 81, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on May 27, 2015 at Parkersburg Care Center.She was born April 9, 1934, in Mountainburg, Ark., a daughter of the late Joe W. and Margaret Harlow Osburne.Bobbie was a homemaker and loved gardening. She was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Vienna and a very active resident of Pleasant View Towers.She is survived by two sons, Arlie (Tammy) Lowers and Thomas Lowers, both of Parkersburg; six sisters; seven brothers; and two grandchildren, Amanda (Jeff) Janecek of Charleston, S.C. and Andrew Lowers of Orlando, Fla.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leslie R. Lowers.A memorial service will be held at 1:00 on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg. A gathering of friends and family will be from noon until time of services at the funeral home.
