Billy Joe Dowler, II

Billy Joe Dowler II, 44, of Parkersburg, passed away July 2, 2025 at his residence. He was born October 1, 1980 in Parkersburg to Billy J. and Terry McClung Dowler.

He is a graduate of Parkersburg South High School. He enjoyed taking walks, being outdoors, and watching wrestling on television.

In addition to his parents, he leaves behind two daughters, Kylea and Santana Dowler, both of North Carolina, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

There will be no services at this time.
