Billie Joyce Rinehart

Billie Joyce Rinehart, 72, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on August 9, 2016 at Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born April 25, 1944, in Harrison County, W.Va., a daughter of the late Ray and Lillian Paugh Davis. Billie is retired from the Wood County School system. She loved sewing and the outdoors. She was a member of the Wesleyan Church and attended Church of God. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Ronnie R. Rinehart of Parkersburg; one daughter, Rhonda Snyder of Parkersburg; one son, Ronald Rinehart (Terri) of Parkersburg; one sister, Barbara Elliott of Clarksburg, W.Va.; one brother, Bob Davis (Sharon) of Clarksburg; three grandchildren, Jessica Snyder, Hunter Rinehart and Fischer Rinehart all of Parkersburg. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her three brothers, David, John and Gary “Sonny” Davis and her sister, Donna Jones. Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. south Parkersburg with Jim Lynch officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
