Beulah P. Spencer

Beulah Pauline Spencer, 93, of Marietta, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Marietta Care and Rehabilitation Center.She was born March 20, 1919 in Parkersburg, W.Va., a daughter of the late George M. and Evalina A. Powell Shuler.Beulah is survived by her sister, Marie Harrison, of Parkersburg, W.Va.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis W. Spencer, Jr.; and her son, Michael D. Spencer.Beulah donated her body to the Human Gift Registry at West Virginia University. There will be no services.Arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard, Belpre, Ohio.
