Beulah Bell Allman, 94, of Parkersburg, W.Va., passed away on December 26, 2015 at Parkersburg Care Center. She was born November 25, 1921, in Jackson County,W.Va., a daughter of the late Mina Wilcox Snyder. She was raised from an early age by her grandparents, J. S. and Clara Wilcox. Beulah was a homemaker and she enjoyed cooking, cleaning and fishing. She attended the Church of Christ. She is survived by her nephew, John Allman of Ravenswood, W.Va.; niece, Marlene Miller of Parkersburg; great-niece, Teresa (William) Payne of Ravenswood; her friend, Carolyn (Mark) Beverage of Parkersburg; and several other nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denzil Charles Allman; a niece, Faye Allman; two sisters, Marie and Pauline; and one brother, Raymond, whom were all younger than her. She was also preceded in death by a special aunt, Hazel Wilcox Rawlings. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St., South Parkersburg with Pastor William Payne officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of services on Wednesday at the funeral home.
