Betty Lee Patrick

Betty Lee Patrick, 85, of Belpre, Ohio, formerly of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away on November 24, 2015 at her residence with her daughters at her side. She was born May 17, 1930, in Washington County, Ohio, a daughter of the late Howard Mayne Sr. and Lucy Brewer Camden. Betty was a homemaker and had worked for over 20 years for Quick Shop Market and had worked at Parkersburg Day Nursery for several years. She enjoyed gardening and working with her rose bushes. She is survived by three daughters, Sandi Simmons of Belpre with whom she resided, Sue Knight (Mike) of Parkersburg and Jeanie Tucker of Martinsburg, W.Va.; one brother, Rev. Howard Mayne of North Baltimore, Ohio; nine grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clay Lowell Patrick Jr.; two sons-in-law, Roger Simmons and Tom Tucker; one great-grandson, Patrick Knight; one great-granddaughter, Sarah Mauzy; two sisters, Nancy Stephens and Sharon Null; and several step-brothers and sisters. 2015 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St., South Parkersburg with Jim Lynch officiating. Interment will follow at Limestone Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home.
