Betty Irene Casto

Betty Irene Casto, 74, of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away Saturday, March 15, 2014 at her residence.She was born May 22, 1939 in Wood County, W.Va., a daughter of the late William O. and Vada Ruble Foggin.Bettywas retired from Worthington Manor as a dietary aid with 20 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, reading and being with her family. She was an active member of Ft. Boreman House of Prayer.She is survived by her husband, Clyde Casto; two sons, Jeff Casto of Cincinnati, Ohio and Douglas (Christina) Casto, Sr. of Walker, W.Va.; one sister, Sharon Wells of Parkersburg, W.Va.; three grandchildren, Douglas (Kelly) Casto, Jr., Andrew Casto and Rachel (Eric) Miller; and three great-grandchildren, Douglas Casto, III, Emma Casto and Rowan Miller.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gary Foggin.Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 400 Green Street, Parkersburg with Pastor Denzil Ray officiating. Services will conclude with burial at Sunset Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
