Betty L. Pickrell Butcher Beall, 73, of Mineral Wells, W.Va., passed away on April 5, 2012 at Ohio State University Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.She was born March 23, 1939, in Liverpool, W.Va., a daughter of the late Clarence and Flossie Rake Pickrell.Betty retired from Doolin Savings and Loan and enjoyed reading, flower gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She attended South Parkersburg Baptist Church.She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Richard Beall; one son, Steve (Debi) Butcher of Westerville, Ohio; one daughter, Debbie (Dave) Logue of Parkersburg; five grandchildren, Courtney Dixon, Justin Logue, Cory Butcher, Matthew Logue, and Amy Logue; one great-grandson, Wyatt Shields; one brother, C.E. “Bud” (Sandy) Pickrell of Belpre, Ohio; several nieces, nephews and cousins; and special friends, Paul and Ginny Butcher.In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant brother.Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, April 9, 2012 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 2333 Pike St. Parkersburg, W.Va. with Pastor Joe Busch officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the services on Monday at the funeral home.
