Bernard Pell Riddle,

Bernard Pell (Bud) Riddle, Jr., 64 of Parkersburg died Feb. 28, 2017 at his residence. He was born June 15, 1952, a son of the late Bernard Pell Riddle, Sr. and Freda Westfall Riddle. Bernard was a 1970 graduate of Parkersburg High School. He was employed at Diamond Glass Company, Vienna for 16 years and GE Plastics for several years. He was preceded in death by sisters, Kathlene (Cappy) Hoffman, Jean Dalrymple and Mary Lou Stalnaker. He is survived by two children, Bernard P. (Buddy) Riddle III (April) and Sereasa Diane Riddle-Dawson (Matthew); four grandchildren, Charles William Todd and Hunter, Walker and Laken Riddle; and significant other, Melissa Poling. He is survived by sisters, Emma Kellison, JoAnne McKenna and husband, Tom, Peggy Sue Barnes and husband, Ray; and one brother, William Scott Riddle and his wife, Kathy. He was a hunter and fisherman. His heart belonged to his children and his soul belonged to the woods and rivers. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Sat. March 11, 2017 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home Family Center, 2333 Pike St. South Parkersburg.
