Benjamin Scott Foreman, 45, of Marietta passed away February 11, 2018 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born November 4, 1972 in Parkersburg a son of Marla Shriner Blair and Tim Blair. He was a prep cook at Bob Evans in Parkersburg for 15 years. He was 1991 graduate of Parkersburg High School. He loved the Chicago Bears, playing bingo and working crafts with his friends at the Marietta Center. In addition to his parents, he is survived by an aunt, Kim Kennedy (Chuck) of Mansfield, Ohio; an uncle, Barry Shriner (Jaleit) of Arizona; an uncle, Chuck Blair (Carla) of Lancaster, KY; an aunt, Joene Pease (John) of Buffalo, NY; special cousin, Tammy Zimmerman Shriner of McArther, Ohio; and several other cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and step-grandparents, Sheldon and Juineta Blair of Arizona. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Glenna Bruce Shriner and Paul Lyle Shriner; and two uncles, Allan Shriner and Bruce Johnson. There will be a gathering of family and friends Friday, February 16, 2018 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Blvd. Belpre, Ohio.
