Belinda Sue Butcher

Belinda Sue Butcher, 74, of Parkersburg, passed away September 21, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family. She was born January 20, 1951 in Vienna, a daughter to the late Carl C. and Eleanor V. McVey Burner.

Belinda was a member at Calvary Mission in Parkersburg. She was a homemaker who enjoyed reading and listening to music, especially Willie Nelson and The Gaithers. Her door was always open to those in need.

She leaves behind her son, John Butcher of Parkersburg; a grandson in whom she raised, Isaiah Butcher; granddaughter, Isla Butcher; a brother, Carl Burner; sister, Phyllis Monroe; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral service is 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at Lambert Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna, with Pastor Dustin McMillan officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
