Barbara Ann Sams, 63 of Parkersburg, W.Va. passed away November 4, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 24, 1952 in Parkersburg, daughter of the late Charles K. and Virginia W. Wells Sams. Barbara previously worked as a registered nurse at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her cousins. There will be no services at this time. Cremation arrangements have been entrusted to the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 3005 Grand Central Ave. Vienna, WV.
