Barbara Ann Newman

Barbara Ann Newman, 71, of Parkersburg, passed away Thursday, July 24, 2025 at Ohio Valley Healthcare. She was born in Nuremburg, Germany on March 3, 1954 to the late Ernest D. and Nancy E. Rucker Newman.

Barbara was a protestant by faith. She moved to Parkersburg in 2014 from Arcada, CA. She was a graduate of Arcada High School.

Those left to cherish her memory include her brother, Harry Lee Newman (Cindy) of Mineral Wells.

There will be no public services at this time.
