Barbara Ann Foglepole

Barbara A. Foglepole, 66 of Belpre, Ohio passed away at her residence, Sunday, April 22, 2018. She was born May 4, 1951 in Canton, Ohio the daughter of late Clayton and Vinie G. Miller Adkins. Barbara retired from Hardee’s in Belpre after 21 years of service. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, Her family, especially her grandchildren and her cat Buttercup. She was a Christian and loved her pastors, Herb and Ellen Alexander. She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Ann Carperter (David), of Little Hocking, Ohio and Sueann M. Jordan (James) of Parkersburg, West Virginia; two sisters Shirley Kimble of North Carolina and Gladys Rackin of Louisiana; four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one sister Linda Rice, and two brother’s Clayton and Clinton Adkins. A memorial service is being planned for a later date. Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, 1305 Washington Boulevard is assisting the family.
