Annabelle Starcher, 83, of Parkersburg, WV passed away at home Tuesday, July 7, 2026. She was born April 13, 1943 in Grantsville, WV, a daughter of the late Louis “Jake” G. Hathaway and Zoda Buck Hathaway.

Annabelle was a homemaker and attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church. She enjoyed spending quality time with her beloved family and crafting.

Left to carry on her memory include her children, Jack Whited (Rhonda) and Elizabeth Masters (Kenneth); several siblings; grandchildren, Kenneth Whited, Brittney Price, Devin Masters, Melissa Campbell, Isaac Masters, and Kristin Carpenter; and several great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her first husband, Kenneth Whited; second husband, Charles Starcher; her son, Lewis Whited; and her daughter, Susan Whited.

A gathering of family friends will take place Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Pike St. from 1:00 PM- 2:00 PM. A meal will be held afterward in the family center at the funeral home from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
