Anna Maria Gragg

Anna Maria Gragg of Vienna, WV, entered Heaven on July 17, 2016 at the age of 83. She was born in Henrichenburg, Germany on June 7, 1933, to the late Bernard Olfmann and Maria (Van Kloptek) Buchner. Anna Maria became a U.S. Citizen on November 21,1955 and served the Elks Lodge #198 as their secretary for over 50 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and reading. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; uncle, Hans Buchner; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Lawrence C. and Mary Louise Patterson; and nephew, Gary R. Dye. She is survived by two nieces, Linda Dye of Jacksonville, FL and Amy (Mark) Sinclair of Vienna, WV; nephew, Robert Gragg, Jr.; brother-in-law, Robert Gragg of Parkersburg, WV; sister-in-law, Jean Tackett of Washington, WV; two great-nieces, Mary (Fred) Fletcher of Jacksonville, FL and Lindsey (Wesley) Vassar of League City, TX; two great-nephews, Douglas (Rhonda) Dye of Jacksonville, FL and David Sinclair of Vienna, WV; and several great-grand nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the First Presbyterian Church in Parkersburg at 11:00 a.m.Thursday, August 18, 2016.
