Anita Kaye Neely

Anita K. Neely, 72 of Belpre, OH, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2025, at The Arbors at Marietta.

She was born February 12, 1953, in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Loyal D. and Lucille V. Elliott Hoce. Anita was a 1971 graduate of Parkersburg High School. She was retired from Fairmont Supply and she enjoyed crocheting, collecting angel memorabilia and making her own jewelry.

Anita is survived by her husband and have been together 36 years, Larry G. Neely; her daughter, Heather Tanner (Brian) of Williamstown, WV; her siblings, Martha Olvera (Victor) of Houston, TX, Mark Hoce (Malinda) and Peter Hoce both of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Ashlea Wood (Zach) and Kristen Clem (Clay Elliott); great-grandson to arrive in November; special friend, Kim Radzat and her cat, Stubby.

In addition to her parents, Anita was preceded in death by her brother, Dowain Hoce and many aunts and uncles.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 pm Monday, June 23, 2025, at the Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, Vienna with Pastor Dan Roes officiating. Interment will follow at the Rockland Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
