Amadee Harold Love, 70, of Windy Ridge Road, Palestine, passed away on February 15, 2011 at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital.He was born May 17, 1940, in Princeton, W.Va., a son of Myrtle Frances Boyles Love of Palestine and the late Walter Love.Harold was a veteran of the U.S. Army and an employee of the former AB Chance Company, Parkersburg.He was a Methodist by faith.In addition to his mother, he is survived by one sister, Violet Love of Palestine; one goddaughter, Cheryl Yoke, one god-granddaughter, Latrisha Yoke, one god-grandson, Dakota Yoke, all of Mannington, W.Va.; and his cousin and caregiver, Gladus Williams and her husband, Rick, of Palestine.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vera Louise Love; and two brothers.Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 19, at the Independence Cemetery in Jackson County, W.Va. with Rick Williams officiating.There will be no visitation. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital, especially Donna in the CCU.
