Alan Robert Hines, 63 of Belpre, Ohio passed away March 2, 2019, at the VA hospital in Chillicothe, Ohio. He was born April 16, 1955 in Parkersburg, West Virginia, a son of Gary Hines and the late Pauline Stevens Hines. At his request there will be no service.
